He holds a Bachelorˈs degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tianjin Polytechnic University, and a Masterˈs degree in Computer Software and Theory from Wuhan University.
With over a decade of experience in patent prosecution, Li has handled a wide range of domestic and international cases. He specializes in technical fields such as computer science, telecommunications, networking, and electromechanical equipment, bringing both deep technical understanding and legal expertise to his practice.
