He earned his Bachelorˈs degree in Law from Jilin University in 1982. From 1982 to 1985, he served at the Tianjin High Peopleˈs Court as a court clerk and assistant judge. From 1985 to 1998, he taught at the School of Law at Shandong University, where he held positions as Associate Professor, Department Head, and Masterˈs Supervisor. From 1998 to 2003, he served as Director of the Legal Department at China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO). For the past two decades, he has been fully dedicated to legal practice, having worked at several prestigious national law firms as a full-time lawyer and partner. He has handled a wide range of litigation cases and served as legal counsel to numerous enterprises.
